Our Philosophy

The philosophy of Beaucorp Constructions is simple; deliver exceptional workmanship and outstanding service for a price that’s fair and affordable.

We therefore provide our clients and consultants with everything they need to ensure the successful delivery of all projects.

The founders of Beaucorp have lived this philosophy for over 30 years.

Projects range from prestigious new build residential buildings; alterations and additions; through to commercial fit outs.

Beaucorp works with leading Sydney based architects to create award winning buildings. Through combining our attention to detail, quality workmanship and a personalised service, we are able to establish successful and mutually beneficial relationships with clients and consultants.

Our Team

Beaucorp Constructions was established by Daya Perez and John Perez.

Daya has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years with Tier 1 Construction and Development companies. During this time she has worked on major residential, commercial and retail projects throughout Sydney.

Some of these projects include: The Finger Wharf at Woolloomooloo, The Citibank Building in Sydney CBD and Jacksons Landing. She completed a Bachelor of Building at the University of Technology, Sydney.

John has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years and has delivered many high quality and award winning projects in Sydney during this time.

He began his career as a carpenter apprentice and has since managed million dollar residential and commercial building contracts. He was also previously a Director and partner of Tectonic Developments, a design and construct company.
